Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Arkonomy. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using any part of the Arkonomy service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email.
Arkonomy provides AI-generated insights, spending summaries, and savings suggestions based on your transaction data. All content is generated automatically and is intended to help you understand your finances — not to direct your financial decisions.
We do not know your full financial situation, risk tolerance, tax obligations, or investment goals. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
When you use Arkonomy's investment features (such as investing round-ups into an ETF), you are making an independent investment decision. Arkonomy facilitates the execution of that order but does not recommend, advise on, or guarantee any investment outcome.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where using such a service is lawful. By using Arkonomy, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@arkonomy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Arkonomy uses Plaid to connect to your bank account. By connecting your bank, you authorise Arkonomy to retrieve, via Plaid, your transaction history, account balances, and institution information.
This access is read-only. Arkonomy cannot and does not initiate transfers, move funds, or modify your bank account in any way. Your bank credentials are never shared with or stored by Arkonomy — all credential exchange occurs directly between you and Plaid.
You may disconnect your bank at any time from the Settings screen. Plaid's terms of service are available at plaid.com/legal.
Arkonomy offers the following plans:
We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Arkonomy does not store or process payment card details.
You agree not to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkonomy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or financial decisions made in reliance on app content.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Arkonomy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to keep Arkonomy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email before they take effect.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arkonomy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
All content, software, and technology comprising the Arkonomy service are the property of Arkonomy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
